Clementines have a sweeter flavor than oranges. They taste more like a tangerine. This marmalade elevates anything that you add it to! (English muffins, in particular) We think it's pretty special.
This batch is just a bit more special because we've added Glenmorangie single-malt scotch to it. It's warm and wonderful!
